Question: Who are these experts and how do I know they can help me?

Answer:

Susan Hill is an internationally recognized golf fitness trainer, sports performance nutritionist and youth conditioning specialist. Her work has been featured in Golf Illustrated, SELF, Resort Living, Atlanta Golf, Pacific Northwest Golfer and on ESPN. She is an international presenter having worked with the South American Golf Federation and served as the Sport Science Consultant to the PGA of Mexico. For the past several years she has been personally responsible for overseeing the training over many of our world's most elite junior golfers at the International Junior Golf Academy. 'I have trained hundreds and hundreds of competitive juniors from ages 7 to 18. This past year, I got to watch 4 of young juniors play in the coveted U.S. Open'.

Susan is a regular contributor to the Junior Golf Scoreboard, the National High School Golf Coaches Association and Florida State Golf Association working with the Junior Tour. Susan currently works with a handful of tour players, collegiate golf teams, top ranked juniors and other competitive golfers who are serious about their fitness and look to her when time is of the essence and they need to perform their very best in competition.

Jeff Troesch, is a sought after mental game expert and consultant to UCLA, Cal Berkeley and Cal Poly golf programs.

His previous experience as Director of Mental Training for the David Leadbetter Golf Academies allowed him to develop a methodology that continues to produce golf champions around the world. He has worked with top professional and amateur golfers including Jill McGill, Brittany Lang, Jason Buha, David Gossett, Thongchai Jaidee, Michael Allen, Candie Kung, Angela Park, Jane Park, Anthony Kim, Jennifer Osborne, Irene Cho and Mina Harigaie. "I see my role as a knowledge broker, who takes all the elements and then helps the player put together a plan of action," he says. As the mental side of the game is often what holds good golfers back from further achievement, Jeff's role is critical. Jeff has worked with players on the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, Futures Tour, Asian Tour, European Tour, Tight Lies Tour, Hooters Tour, Gateway Tour, and AG Spanos Tour. Jeff is also a regular speaker for many golf-related and other sport association events, including the American Junior Golf Association.


Question: Who will benefit most from this program? Do you need to be a certain level of golfer to see any benefit or a certain age?

Answer:

It doesn't matter if you are male or female, 6'2 or 5'0, beginner or low handicap golfer. Getting in shape and preparing your body for a lifetime of golf is an equal opportunity venture and we made sure those golfers who use this program will see direct and powerful results. This program addresses the needs of junior golfers in the age range from 8 to 18.


Question: I think my problem is more with the mental side of the game than with the exercise program. Do you help with this part?

Answer:

This manual is very comprehensive covering all aspects of training for juniors including both mental and physical preparation, injury management, course preparation and nutrition.


Question: I don't belong to a gym and don't have access to a lot of equipment. Can I still use the program?

Answer:

The Golf Fitness for Juniors workouts can be done at home with a simple home gym set-up that includes dumbbells, a bench, and a Stability Ball. You do not need special machines or expensive gym memberships to succeed with our program. Also, keep in mind that many of our programs rely on teaching juniors how to effectively utilize their own bodies as resistance so much of the program can be done on the road or at home to fit into the already hectic practice and playing schedules of busy junior golfers.


Question: What is an e-book and what if I want to purchase a hard book version?

Answer:
